Companies that Pete has founded or co-founded include Rokenbok Toy Company (1995), IQinVision (2001) which was the segment starter in megapixel network cameras and a start-up focused on datacenter-scale liquid cooling for high performance computers. Pete is also an active angel investor and runs due diligence for funds and groups in Southern CA.
Jon is an entrepreneur, inventor and design engineer with over 40 successful patents. He founded and launched a number of innovative companies focused on delivering enterprise class, ultra low power, hardware, software communications and location platforms. Jon is creative, passionate, and determined with a unique talent for forming strategic teams to execute his vision. Jon holds an EE from University of Edinburgh, UK and started his successful career in silicon chip design at IBM. Faheem has recently received his Ph.D. (Electrical Engineering) from Imperial College London. A world expert in indoor localization, Faheem has over 21 published papers which have been cited over 225 times. He completed his MSc from Purdue with a thesis on iBeacon proximity and indoor localization systems. His research focus includes optimization theory, game theory and indoor localization. Faheem’s paper on indoor localization is currently the #1 paper on Google.
Charles Chestnutt is a global CFO/COO with extensive experience building successful high technology and consumer product companies. Charles recently led S&V Labs through a period of rapid growth and transition, resulting in a successful M&A transaction. Prior to that, Charles held executive level positions at IQinVision, a leading manufacturer of megapixel network cameras, and Proxima Corporation (NASDAQ), a leading manufacturer of multimedia projectors. Mr. Chestnutt has also served as CFO for Hallmark Circuits and Rokenbok Toy Company. Charles received his degree in business economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
